Captured at 20x magnification using a focus-stacked microscope setup, Cosmic Coral reveals the trichome architecture of a cannabis flower at a scale invisible to the naked eye. What looks abstract is entirely real.

This image earned 3rd Place at the 2024 Nikon Small World Competition, one of the most prestigious microscopic imaging contests in the world.
