Pineapple Wonder was captured at Moon Made Farms in Humboldt County. While walking the garden with Tina, the farm's co-owner, this particular pheno stopped us both in our tracks. The pink pistils against the greens and purples were impossible to walk past.

What you're seeing here is that exact moment, pulled into 20x magnification and focus stacked frame by frame. This image received an Image of Distinction at the 2024 Nikon Small World Competition.
